About VSKN
VSKN began in 2001 with the developmental funding from the British Columbia Ministry of Community Development, Cooperatives and Volunteers. In 2002, it received two years of funding from the Government of Canada through the Office of Learning Technologies at Human Resources Development Canada. We are working on longer-term sustainability for VSKN.
